Better posture exercises

No matter how good a woman looks a wrong posture when walking down the street can hurt her image. Lack of exercise and long stay on the chair in front of the computer negatively influences the posture. Also, very high heels may also be harmful. To correct these problems some special better posture exercises are recommended:

Warm-up
Remember that before any exercise, no matter how simple it may be, you must make a slight warm-up. Some stretching exercises will warm your muscles and will prepare the body for the effort ahead. Moreover, stretching exercises will keep you away from twists, sprains and even muscle strains.
Pushups
10 - 20 pushups per day will tone your muscles and are very effective better posture exercises. Moreover, push-ups will shape your arms and back muscles.
Shoulder exercises
Join hands at the back and try to lift. Pull your shoulders back and keep your position about 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise at least 10 times a day.
This exercise is very easy, it can be done almost anywhere and anytime and you get used to maintain the correct position of the back.
Traction bar
Another effective better posture exercise is the following: a set of 10 pullups, at least twice a day for a month. This will significantly improve the position and general posture of the body.
Sit on a mattress face down as you prepare for pushups, spread your hands at your sides without touching the mattress, and raise the trunk as much as possible.
To make it more difficult, you can put your hands behind your head and repeat.
Abdomen
Sit on the mat face up, your hands behind your head, and move your trunk and knees up so they meet in the middle. Abdominal strengthening is a grate better posture exercise.
Always try to keep your shoulders straight whether you go on the street or sit in the house. This will improve your posture. Note that the back muscles are responsible for postural control.
